| Introduction | I am married to my best friend & my dance partner for life, Andrew and am Mama to the four cutest babies ever ! I am a full time stay at home Mama & an Independent Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE all forms of paper crafting (well any crafting really - I love making my own gifts for the holidays or home decor & would love to try my hand at refinishing furniture someday) but have been more of a spectator/collector/hoarder of crafting supplies than I am the real deal lately because I'm so busy being a mom! I'm slowly transitioning from simply hoarding supplies into actually crafting more now that my kiddos are getting older, the older ones are in school, etc but it's been a slow process, LOL! Crafting is my favorite past time & it helps keep me sane too! ;) |
| Interests | Rubber stamping, scrapbooking, paper crafting, ballroom dancing (any dancing really), cooking and baking, traveling, garage sale-ing/bargain shopping/antiquing, going out to eat (yes, I consider this a hobby :0), and making new friends (a girl can never have TOO many). |
| Favorite Movies | I love all kinds of movies - watching movies is another favorite past time but I really love going to the movies so I can get nachos! I love horror/suspense, romantic comedies/chick flicks, and action. My all time favorite movie is Dirty Dancing - "Nobody puts baby in the corner..." |
| Favorite Music | I have a wide variety of music that interests me because I love to dance so if you can groove to it (whether it be a little wiggle in the kitchen while making dinner or strutting your FoxTrot skills on the dance floor) I probably have it in my Itunes! My radio presets consist of country (new country not old "I lost my wife, my dog died and my truck won't start" country) pop, oldies, '80s and alternative. |
| Favorite Books | I think one of my favorite books/stories ever is Charlotte's Web. When it comes to adult reading I don't read a lot of books - I'd like to but again it's the whole lack of time that prevents me. I have read the entire 50 Shades of Gray series & loved it! Also read the Harry Potter series & loved that as well... I'm currently working my way through the Hunger Games & also think they're great! I love Nicholas Sparks & Jennifer Weiner as well. I do love magazines (I subscribe to them all) and particularly love Sacramento Magazine because it keeps me up to date with where I live and Real Simple (because I feel like life is more manageable after reading it - LOL!) |
