Introduction	My name is Megan. I work as a freelance writer writing content for Demand Studios who, in turn, publishes those articles on websites like eHow.com, Travels.com and more. Cooking is one of the passions I share with my wonderful husband Ty. We love spending time together in the kitchen cooking up delicious meals for our family, which includes my brothers Matt and Jacob. Our specialties are fast, easy, budget-friendly meals that hit the spot! We plan to share some of our family's favorite and most requested recipes here on our blog. Ty was a vegetarian for years, and even though he stopped being a vegetarian before we met, we still eat two to three vegetarian or vegan meals every week to vary things a bit. I love experimenting with bold flavors in vegetarian dishes and look forward to featuring many of our favorite recipes here!
