| Introduction | I am a digital forensics examiner and forensic artist. I perform computer, cell phone, cellular technology, GPS, video, photo, and audio forensics for Guardian Digital Forensics. I am an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), I have performed training for other experts in computer and cell phone forensics, spoke at CEIC 2011, and teach Continuing Legal Education (CLE) classes all over the United States. I have qualified as an expert witness multiple times, and I have worked on over 300 cases involving murder, child pornography, terrorism, rape, kidnapping, intellectual property, fraud, wrongful death, employee wrongdoing and e-discovery collections among numerous other types of cases. I am the co-author of the book Digital Forensics for Legal Professionals: Understanding Digital Evidence from the Warrant to the Courtroom, published by Syngess, an imprint of Elsevier Publishing. |
