| Introduction | Hey Guys and Gals, just a quick note about me...I am one of those gearheads that happened to fall in love with the game of golf. I completed formal training in fitting and clubwork and earned certifications from the (now defunct) Professional Clubmakers Society. I have worked in a high volume public custom and repair shop for the last five years and in that time developed a list of clients that range from weekend warriors, to mini tour players, and even PGA pros. My fitting philosophy is a little different from most in that I understand the swing and equipment are a system. Every club creates a stimulus to which your body must react during the swing. The swing style dictates which stimuli are going to have the most effect on performance...it's a revolving door. To properly fit someone, you HAVE to understand clubs AND the golf swing. |
