Introduction In the course of life, I have had the good fortune to meet a wide and varied assortment of people and learned to appreciate the good in each one, except the sociopaths, apparently having "no good" per professionals, but for whom I have felt sorry for. I don't think it's their fault they lack a conscience. Someone has to be the cynical politician of the world, the corporate raider, the unrepentant religious leader, disgraced by inauthentic sexual choices. For all these provide a vivid contrast to our choice of leadership. Speaking more seriously, the variation of people I have met, worked with, and otherwise communicated with, has taught me unending patience with others and myself, because in the variety of humans I've had the good fortune of knowing, I have found me.
Interests The Sciences, from Anthropology to Technology, and the Evolution of the Human Genome, as well as all of Zoology. Humans, Human Rights, individually, locally, regionally, nationally, trans-nationally, and globally. A world at peace on each of those levels, including a full redress of all grievances, a minimal amount, even ideally with no, borders, barriers, and barrios. When addressing politics, we abandon labels and stricture of mind, process, and change, yet maintain equilibrium, fairness, and transparency, without fail. We belief in the transformation of the penal code and the system which contains it, the legal and judicial code and process, towards an end of all capital punishment, without fail, and an inversion from inmate punishment to rehabilitation and harm reduction treatment. Human Rights Activism including the rights of sexual and gender variants, especially those defined sometimes as minorities, such as the LGBTIQ Community, and beyond there, from a personal, local, and up to a global scale.
Favorite Movies All five Godfathers. Sorry if I disappoint anyone, but they are just so riveting. Lol.
Favorite Music They sometimes call it New Age, or some other ethereal title, but what ever you call mellow, relaxing music... New Age, R&B, Jazz, Deep House...I simply love it. Sometimes, I will put on in the background a nine hour piece and remain in harmony for the entire time. Music, when you connect, is so beautiful and so powerful. I hate to see it denigrated into mindless drivel and pop tunes that are as predictable as a romantic novel.
Favorite Books I do not read books, rather I devour them, together with innumerable blogs, editorials, newspapers, web pages, online videos, and email subscriptions. I read non-fiction, so far. I have never understood the pull of fiction when a spun version of reality is so mesmerizing and abounding, seemingly without end of perspective, facts, and opinion.
