| Introduction | Main purpose is the formation in humanities, the development of language skills, literature study, human sciences... It's the time to acquire study skills, to discover, to re-define & reach out for the magis. Juniors are helped with study methods to foster creativity and personal reflection. The Ignatian Pedagogy Paradigm(...)offers a method of study,progressive integration of life in spirit& deepening apostolic involvement in the juniorate. The integration happens with a regular personal prayer, silence, discerning attitude-Union with God.Thus the young Jesuit is to be helped with personal guidance to find God in his studies, personal history & the joyful,painful events in the lives of others.The Junior tries to deepen his knowledge of Ignatian Spirituality, a serious study of the Society's history-universal and local traditions. Juniors are to be introduced to various media of communication, special emphasis on rural and group media.
