Introduction	I am a full time worker, a mother, and college student. I have always enjoyed baking but didn't learn to cook until I was 19, but I am a fast learner and caught on quick :) I love experimenting with different foods and flavors. Since I found out I had a Gluten Sensitivity cooking has been a little bit harder, but seemingly more rewarding. In my "free time" I enjoy Hiking in the Old Growth Forest, Kayaking in the Puget Sound, reading under an Apple Tree, or finding entertainment in my Chickens.
