| Introduction | I am a proud stay-at-home mom of three kids, six year old twins and a two year-old. I also teach cooking classes here in my new home town of Madison, Wisconsin. I am also a vegetarian*, and all-around food addict, who loves to cook & make up my own recipes (and I ain't half bad at it either). I have an affinity towards organic, local, humane food and products that are safe for my family and the environment. *Well, I'm not religious about my vegetarianism. I'm about 90% vegetarian and 10% omnivore (in other words, don't hate on me if you see me in a restaurant chowing down on a burger). |
