Introduction Nik has over 20 years in IT, with the last 12 being more focused on Security. He is currently employed as a Director, Business Development for a Managed Security Services Provider, where he is responsible for leading multiple teams supporting various security technologies including IDS/IPS, AntiMalware tools, proxies, firewalls, SIEM, Automation, Threat Intelligence, etc. He is also a SANS Instructor, teaching both the SEC503: Intrusion Detection In-Depth and SEC504: Hacker Tools, Techniques, Exploits, and Incident Handling while also making the time to actively write on his blog at http://securitynik.blogspot.com. He currently holds various industry certifications such as CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GREM, CCNP Security and R&S,MCSE, MCITP/EA, ISO9001 Internal Auditor, etc.
