| Introduction | About me: I am Artika Srivastava. I have done BTech in computer science followed by MBA degree in Finance. Art and craft and writing poems are my hobbies, I have done lots of craft work like making paintings, paper flower, making tutu dress for girls, crochet work, plaster of Paris work and making useful things out of waste. While playing with my daughter I made a mitti ki gudiya (Earthen clay doll), then I realised that this is something that I loved doing and then I started making more more dolls. I explored my inner art into mitti ki gudiya. Now I make variety of dolls and even innovated Kulhar art. I am not a trained doll maker, I learnt this art by practice and experience. |
