That can't really be a fish you're standing on, can it?
I'll throw the slinky as far as I can to the top, hoping it will catch on the top side of the 7 foot well. Meanwhile I'll step on the goat's back to give me two feet leverage and climb to the top hoping my weight will be supported. When I get to the top, I will call the ambulance to rescue the goat.
