| Introduction | I have been working in the automotive industry for twenty nine years; the first twenty as a body technician and the remainder as a shop owner. I have seen a lot of changes in that time, some positive and some not , but one thing remains constant, the customer. It's not about fixing cars, that's the easy part, it's about relationships; building trust, listening, asking great questions and developing a repport with the customer. I have extensive knowledge of vehicles and the repair process and look forward to sharing my expertise. I would be honored to assist customers, do it yourself types and/or shop owners by answering questions about the repair process, giving how to tips and ideas and answering customer service queries. |
