| Introduction | My father was a Military man, therefore I moved around ALOT when I was growing up. I was born in Colorado, and I've lived in New York, California, the Philipine Islands, Hawaii, Missouri and now Utah. I grew up with parents that loved each other and their children. They taught me through their great example the importance of being kind to people. They opened their hearts (and even their home) to help others (even strangers). My home was a wonderful safe haven. I was so blessed. I have two wonderful and talented siblings,an older brother and sister. I look up to and admire them both. I am married to a loving and supportive husband who loves me. We've been together a LONG time and will be for eternity if we live right! We've raised 4 children all of whom are married, and we love their spouses and consider them our own. We have five PERFECT grandchildren, they bring so much joy and laughter into our hearts. One more is on the way due in March. We can't wait. We have a 3 yr old, very adorable Yorkie named Sparky. He knows lots of tricks and is very obedient and loving. |
| Interests | My number one interest is returning back to where I came from. After that, I am interested in keeping track of what goes on in the lives of my children and grandchildren.... and I want to try to keep them up fo date with some fun things that I do too.... (yes, old people have fun too!) ...thus this blog spot of my own! |
| Favorite movies | I like so many. But thrillers are fun for me. NOT blood and gore, just suspenseful kind. I can't ignore "chic" flicks either. I have to admit though, the movie that I watch OVER and OVER again is Top Gun. YUM! |
| Favorite music | COUNTRY during the week, and Sounds of the Sabbath on Kozy 106.5 on Sunday's. But my favorite band in the whole wide world is THE BROBECKS. I'm proud to say my son Dallon is the lead singer and bass guitar player in that band. They will be sooooooo famous one day!!!! |
| Favorite books | The scriptures, namely the Book of Mormon. I read from its pages every day. |
