| Introduction | i'm a liberal, compassionate, open hearted woman, shaping the minds of three beautiful boys and a girl. i have a love of paleo and whole (real) food cooking, but still has a soft spot for coffee, chocolate, cheese, and all things alcohol, but espcially wine, mixed cocktails, and ales.
