| Introduction | Hi, my name is Bishop Guempel. I am a Student, Researcher, and Coach. I currently attend George Mason University (GMU) pursuing my M.S. in Exercise, Fitness and Health Promotion. I hold a CSCS certification through the NSCA and I coach high school wrestling. My personal sporting background is in Wrestling and Football. I grew up playing these two sports and have been fascinated by their respective complexities along the way. This blog is a way to provide information on the research I have gathered throughout my undergraduate and graduate career. Specifically it will focus on the nutritional components necessary for Wrestlers to compete successfully. |
