| Favorite music | In my middle age with kids who control the radio in the car, I guess I can tolerate almost anything - rap, pop, you name it. But deep in my heart I will always love Van Halen, Motley Crue, and all the other 80s icons. |
| Favorite books | All time favorite? The Secret Garden is what made me see the value in fiction. It painted a picture in my head and I was amazed by that. Used to love Jodi Picoult / Anita Shreve but lately have been devouring Hunger Games since I loved Twilight so much. |

I'm a Texan who grossed myself out of eating meat (unfortunately), so there's no way I'd give up my spices - a girl has to enjoy her meals!
