Introduction	I am a 32 year old crazy, goofy, outgoing kind of gal who loves to cook! Did the culinary school thing for a year and then discovered that working in a restaurant wouldn't be for me, and school didn't agree to well with me either. So I decided that I wanted to cook for people that I love, Family and Friends. Then I discovered that I love baking. At first it wasn't for me, but then I discovered it was actually therapeutic and I really enjoyed it...I took what I learned from culinary school and used it and tried things my way and turns out I am a pretty good cook and baker. I discovered a love for cupcakes! I planned a great bake day with a former co worker and it all started there. Then I would start having Jamie bake days. Then I started having friends and family try my cupcakes and they loved them. Then I started selling them and they were a hit! So here I am baking away! I was laid off from my job about 2 month ago and am trying to see if I can sell cupcakes instead. I want the world to try Jamie Cakes - Little cakes of love!
