Introduction	The name Leaine's Kitchen actually came about before I found out I had these allergies. I have always loved cooking and one day I decided to try my hand at catering, by cooking for the people at work. My food was thoroughly enjoyed, although my electricity bill went up 100% - which put paid to that idea :)
