Introduction	I am a Graduate in Electrical Engineering from University of Mumbai,have done diploma in Management Studies and have a Diploma in Industrial Safety. I have been working with leading Organisations and presently with a leading Printing and Publishing company in Mumbai.I have varied experience in managing a Plant and possess good inter personal skills to manage a large workforce and motivate the team to achieve the turnover and improve profitability. I am good at training in technical and behaviourial subjects.My passion is to coach our colleagues and help build them into good team member.
