| Introduction | Environmental sustainability has been a long-time interest: I started my undergrad institution's recycling club; joined a "Natural Step" discussion group; have had three blower door tests and made successive improvements at home. I compost, and take garbage to the curb maybe every 3 weeks. Still... I'm one of a million people named Sarah who has consumed disposables since I was old enough to walk.
