The image that I thought best represented our vision was this re-imagined phrenology head, created by Chopstyk. Representing a developing understanding of the concept of " The Mind". Phrenology: a faulty psychology once postulated that by the protuberanceof one's head a sort of map; could be determined including aspects such as character and personality. We humbly pay homage to this concept. Although since discredited it represents the ever evolving quest to better understand The Mind, and that is part of our quest too. Wouldn't it be great if all of our messy thoughts fit compactly in our mind? Or better yet, there was a mind roadmap, as depicted? It's my hope that together we can explore the depths of our mind, making it messy or perhaps making it neat? All while practicing a calmness and stillness found in a contemplative mind. |
