Introduction	I am on this path just like you. I am a Health Counselor, a mother, a teacher, a friend. This blog is a place to share what I've learned along the way, and what I learn in my daily practice as a healthy decision maker, a parent, a health advocate. I am also the co-founder and Director of Wellness at Butter Beans, Inc. - a nutritional food service company dedicated to serving healthy meals and wellness education to children in schools. I am passionate about giving our children the tools needed to be well and do the work needed in this world. There is much work to be done and our ability to do our part requires our health and happiness.
Interests	sustainable living, the great outdoors, cooking and serving beautiful food, yoga, music, dancing, good conversation over tea, drawing with my daughter, taking brisk walks, seeing the world anew with my baby boy, babies and birth, growing food, researching and traveling, lighting candles.
