| Introduction | I am a Home Inspector who has graduated on to inspecting Commercial Properties also. I have inspected over 3000 properties since 1996. I have inspected everything from 8K HUD homes to 6 million Dollar homes. On the Commercial side I have inspected small retail spaces to whole shopping centers and warehouses. I have renovated and flipped homes and been involved in subdividing land. I have seen great realtors make an extra 25K for their client in minutes and lousy realtors lose sales before my eyes. Bit by dogs,chased out of a crawlspace by a snake, been there, done that. I have not seen it all, but have seen more than most. Hope to share a few useful tidbits here on this blog. |
