| Introduction | Godfrey Nanyenya is a humanitarian and Global Disability Inclusion Advocate From Kampala-Uganda. Having braved life as a hard of hearing child. Godfrey uses this platform to create awareness on disability rights. Ranked among Uganda`s Top 40 Under 40. Currently Nanyenya serves as a Disability Inclusion Advisor at Light For the world international. He is also the founder and team leader of Ham-Mission an initiative training children safe use of ambulation devices. He is also a member of the Uganda disability movement, A Mandela Washington 2022 Fellow and recently he served as a Judge at the open inclusion awards 2022. He is also a writer who has authored a number of Articles published in newspapers dubbed encouraging parents to Talk to kids about disability. He is also a chess tutor who trains chess to children with disabilities in the slums of Uganda. |
