Introduction	With my passion for colour I have created a world of fantasy in rural Dorset. Previously I ran a successful high street salon, selling it as a going concern in December 2005 to concentrate on my love for Fantasy and teaching. My passion for colour and art first attracted me to the world of nails, and has allowed me to explore my creative side, conjuring illusions, telling tales and designing dreams, using nails as mini canvases to express some fantastical pieces of work. My Portfolio exhibits work that demonstrates just how far you can take the art of nail design. These and other works have been used in photo shoots for trade publications and advertisements, As a winner of UK National Nail Competitions, and a competition judge within my specialty, my nails are also newsworthy. I enjoy writing and as a freelance writer I can indulge this pleasure, contributing to trade publications, with numerous articles and step-by-steps. There is an ‘art’ to teaching, encouraging students to do their best and guiding them to the realization that anything is possible this blog is designed to help students and inspire other techs.
