| Introduction | L. M. O’Neal was born in the late 1950’s to a share cropping family in the rural farmlands of North Carolina. After a childhood on the farm, he served in the military before becoming an over-the-road truck driver. With over twenty-five years in truck driving and sales he’s heard and told stories of all kinds. This experience involving a wide spectrum of people makes him uniquely qualified to tell a fictional story with large chunks of truth, and offer pointed observation in his other writings. |
