| Introduction | I am a full time activist located in Lucknow. My journey has taken me from student politics to working with Rikshaw Mazdoors (Workers) Unions to organizing labourers in the unorganized sector, helping them to form an independent democratic labour-centric forum - Uttar Pradesh Shehri Gharib Kamgar Sangharsh Morcha (UPSGKSM). Currently, I am also working in the area of Dalit Human Rights in District Barabanki and Sitapur, helping to secure the livelihood, land rights and dignity of marginalized communities and giving voice to these voiceless people.
