When I first had the thought to teach kids yoga I did not know how much my life would change. That was 10 years ago, and teaching kids yoga has been a true gift, a gift that has led to tremendous personal growth. What I have discovered may make it easier for you to share the timeless tools of the Ancients so we can all worry less and love more. These Ancient Secrets have stood the test of time because they work.
