| Introduction | I am the Broker @ Crescent Realty Inc. in Spanaway, WA. We are an independent office of 80 agents. I got my license in 1978. I am a memeber of the Board of Directors for the Tacoma-Pierce County Association and I have been appointed to the Washington Association of Realtors Legislative Steering Committee for 2009. One of the things I enjoy the most in this business is working with new agents that have a desire to be a great sales person. Understanding real estate law and protocal is one thing, understanding and giving a client what they truly need is something that only a good sales person can provide. Once you have the people skills down and mix it with a little knowledge - success is inevitable. My favorite saying is "It's a jungle out there.... so be the Tiger!" |
