| Introduction | Hello, I am Helena. I am from New York originally, but have been living in Boston currently for school. I study Psychology and Speech Pathology, in hopes to achieve my goal of becoming a therapist, specifically, a music therapist. I have been through ups and downs in my life, like many people have, struggled with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, abusive relationships, and self harm, and I am hoping that sharing my experiences and ways of coping with these issues can help others. This blog will mostly be dedicated to veganism, self-care and love, compassion towards others, fitness, stories, and whatever I can find that can benefit you. |
