Introduction	As a child, Cicely loved to draw, paint and play in her mother’s makeup; so it’s no mystery where her passion for the beauty industry lies. After high school she attended college at San Francisco State University majoring in business; however half way through her college career she decided to switch gears and transfer schools to the Fashion Institution of Design Merchandising. Graduating in 2003 in Merchandising Product Development and driven by an obsession with all things fashion, Cicely moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the fashion industry. Her zest for fashion quickly turned into a love affair for cosmetics and a makeup artist was born. Raised in beautiful southern California Cicely has been working as a professional freelance makeup artist for the last four years. Her specialties include bridal, print and fashion. The most important element of Cicely’s work is to be able to use her creativity to enhance natural beauty yet bring out a person’s inner beauty and individuality.
