Introduction	I graduated from university three years ago. Little did I know that I was entering an interminable vortex where the question "what should I do with my life?" would dominate my mind and consume much of my happiness. After much anxiety, anguish, and many attempts to figure myself out so I could become a real adult and get on with my life, a new understand has slowly been dawning in me. I refuse to believe anymore that this time of my life is a throwaway. That there's nothing to learn from being lost or stuck. I also refuse to believe that I'm the only one who is going through this. We can help each other by fully believing in the goodness of ourselves, our lives and our experiences. By doing this we can create a space without panic, fear or expectations. In this space we can appreciate and understand ourselves, and allow a path through life to reveal itself...
