| Introduction | Having been a vegetarian/vegan for over a decade now, I have certainly encountered my share of skepticism and downright fear from other people when they find out about my way of life. I created this blog as a response to the all too common question of "well, what DO you eat then?" The answer is "whatever I damn well please!" I enjoy creative and delicious food that would make any carnivore drool with desire. I truly hope you enjoy this sneak peak into my journey of cooking successes and failures, and perhaps even learn something as I address some of the issues that we all face in this world of fat-hatred, food insecurity, and try to uncover why we have such a strange reluctance to learn about what we are actually putting into our bodies.
