Introduction	With the start of the new year we are turning over a new leaf at our house. With a new job and a new pay cut 2013 is going to be the year of the budget and I hear that the best way to check your spending is to start making some simple things around the home. It gets kind of confusing so I am going to chronicle the journey for the next year to see what works, what doesn't, how much I am spending (and SAVING) and list some of the best recipes.....
