| Introduction | I've been keeping a diary for most of my life, and for around ten years now I've been writing it online. My life and the internet has changed drastically in that time and it's come to the point where I'm looking for a new online home. I've always written to get stuff off my chest and as a kind of cathartic therapy. I don't see myself as a blogger, always trying to prove a point or be new and different in some way. I am, however, finally trying to develop my skills as a writer. If anyone reads this and finds it engaging or entertaining then I'm glad. Moseley Jules has come about because I moved to Moseley in 2010 and it seemed like a good time to attempt blogging. This is its second re-incarnation after quite a few changes in my life. I've been in the area a few months now but still don't feel entirely settled. I don't feel like a local; I'm discovering new things about the place all the time. Hopefully I can write about them here. |
