| Introduction | I live in one of the best cities in Manila. My family and I moved to Marikina City in the year 1988. We came all the way from the city of Cebu known as the Beautiful City of the South. Cebu City is known for its lovely people, hospitality, food, culture and breathtaking white sand beaches. My siblings and I grew up and stayed in this very simple province for 13 years. One thing about Cebu is for people who loved food. Yes, Cebu City is always known for its fresh seafood, sweet ripe mangoes, dried mangoes, otap, and also what my younger brother has always loved, the sweet peanut candy or Masariyal that our Mother would always buy from the local market of Lapu Lapu City. Our Father, a very good cook would love to invent and experiment on his cooking that I think I took after him. And a Mother who only knows the best for us, her food are also mouthwatering. Of course, our dearest grandmother who always loved to bake all kinds of cakes and pastries is a delightful experience. Passed on through generations, allow me to share my inspiration and my cooking for the one's who loves to eat, dine and cook in the wonders of The Kitchen of Heaven. |

What would you name your ballet inspired by the sight of children leaping through a garden sprinkler?
I'll put on a skewer and roast it on grill. Yum!
