| Introduction | The name's Hinton - Krista Hinton! I am 23 years young, a native of Dallas, TX, and from a family of five sandwiched between two boys. I am spending my teaching pre-service time completing my last three courses that will earn me my Bachelor's in English and a minor in Education, as well as substituting and tutoring for AVID full-time at Dunbar High School - GO TIGERS! I hope to utilize this blog in order to become more tech-savvy for my future teaching days and record my pre-service experiences - the good, the bad, and the (as the Dunbarians might say) cray cray times! I will also be recording and reflecting on my experiences whilst reading "What’s the Big Idea: Question-Driven Units to Motivate Reading, Writing, and Thinking" by Jim Burke to help guide and educate me.
