Introduction A foodie before the term was popular, I am passionate about "real food" and teaching others how easy it is to prepare gourmet home cooked meals in very little time. I have been a culinary class instructor and caterer. I started this blog to help the average home cook expand their culinary horizons. I also love to eat good food and talk about it, so what a perfect way to do both. Everything is always growing and changing in life. As my kids have grown and time commitments have changed I have "relaunched". I hope you learn and enjoy along with me!
