Introduction	One of the many things in my life I am fully grateful for is living close enough to my workplace that I get to travel to and from there each day, on my old school quad roller skates. The work that I do is something else I am completely grateful for because it involves young, beautifully loving and genuine human beings..... children. Since 1991 I've had the pleasure of being part of one of the most amazing parent-participation co-operative preschools on the entire planet. The moment I walked through the front gate of this place, I knew it was the place I wanted to be part of. Little did I know at the time that I would still be a part of this magical place, 20 years later.
