Introduction	I have been teaching language arts for over ten years. Prior to that I was a recruiter and sales person in technology. Go figure. I'm an undergraduate of Washington University. I live in an old house in Maine with my carpenter husband, teenaged son, and an ever growing array of pets. I do love dogs the most. I admit it. Also, I am a returning champion of our family football pool even though I know nothing about football.
Interests	Adoption/foster care, terriers, old houses, red and black licorice, cooking, David Sedaris, gardening (sort of).
Favorite movies	Blue Velvet, Psycho, This is Spinal Tap, Best in Show, Star Wars (most of them)
Favorite music	It's always been kind of techno and acid jazz
Favorite books	Too many to list. I wrote above that I like David Sedaris a lot.
