Introduction	PeaceTalks is a program of the Peace Center in Langhorne, PA, that creates radio programs about people finding unique, creative and uplifting ways of moving beyond violence. Our broadcasts explore in-depth issues, ideas, and practices that are at the heart of the global struggle for peace and justice. They tell the stories of people who have overcome violence and found the courage to make peace in their lives and in their communities. We need a counterpoint to the news emphasis on violence. We need to show our children that there are non-violent ways of resolving bitter conflicts, and we need to shift our thinking, shift our listening, and shift our perspective.
