| Introduction | Sandra and I met in the early 1980’s and were soon married. We have been best buddies since then and have always had similar tastes, ideas, dreams and aspirations Both of us worked and managed the family business before we sold up. I became a teacher after going to University and later a school Principal. Sandra also attended college and became a fully qualified chef and later on took up posts as teacher/instructor of food in two different schools. When the opportunity to take early retirement came around with pension etc – we both decided to take it and why not? I had clocked up 40+ years of working and Sandra 45 years! |
