| Introduction | I write about birds, poetry, writing, and teaching. I live in Southern Appalachia, in the very tippy top North East corner of Georgia. I teach English at Piedmont College in Demorest and North Georgia Technical in Clarkesville. I'm "home" now in Georgia and still missing my home of 10 years in Barrow, Alaska. Sometimes I read, sometimes I paint watercolors, sometimes I read, and sometimes I do nothing at all. |
