Introduction | Unconventional? Maybe! I am a 50 yr old student pursuing an MLS. My resume includes being a professional clown and owning a childrens' program planning and entertainment business for 13 years. Currently I run an office for a book jobber and moonlight in Online Information Services at a large public library. I am not an English teacher, an historian, or a critic of fine art. I simply have a desire to see young and old get excited by the prospect of finding information. I respect the importance of searching for practical information as much as I admire the pursuit of scientific evidence or fine literature. I believe in continuing education for all in an environment that is welcoming and comfortable -- and high tech! |
