| Introduction | I first started on the harp about 15 years ago (1998 ish). I had lessons with Kathy DeAngelo for 10 years. About 7 years in they became fiddle lessons for the most part. I moved from Philadelphia to Leeds, England 6 years ago. I do have a group of harp friends here (I am secretary of my branch of the Clarsach Society), but I miss my old friends back in the US. My first and only true love on the harp and fiddle is Irish music. I've got several Scottish tunes as well and few other things, too. I'm glad to be re-connected with some of my old harp friends and hope this little blogging group will inspire me to practice even more! |
