| Introduction | I have been married to my best friend for 20 years and together we are raising 9 awesome kids! We had 2 boys the old-fashioned way, they are 18 and 14. Then along came our first princess through domestic adoption and she is 12. Then came another son who is now 8, also through domestic adoption. Add in our surprise arrival through foster-to-adopt...he's 7. Then our 13th wedding anniversary gift, another daughter who is 17, and another son who is now 15. We still heard God speaking to our hearts about a sweet girl, and she joined our family December 17th at the age of 5...and is now 11. Enter our "medical impossibility" and greatest surprise from God ever, number 9! The last homegrown Johnston, a little girl born 9/4/2013. That makes it a total of 9 blessings! We are a fun-loving, outgoing, noisy bunch who have more hobbies than our garage has room for! We love our Lord and Creator, and seek to find Him in all things. This blog is dedicated to all our friends and family...especially those we can't see, touch, and hug as often as we want to. If only miles didn't separate... |
