IntroductionNatalie Frank received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Georgia. She was on Faculty at George Washington University and was Director of the Graduate Program in Clinical Practices in Psychology at the University of Hartford. Focusing on Stress and Coping, she is widely published in the field, and is frequently invited to present at National and International Conferences. Committed to helping trauma victims, Natalie has worked with Vietnam and Desert Storm Vets suffering from PTSD and women with Dissociative Identity Disorder (Multiple Personality Disorder). Following September 11th, she worked with the families of the Pentagon victims, receiving a commendation from U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld for her service. Natalie grew up in the South and while now living up North, she will always be a Southern Belle at heart. Currently residing in Connecticut, after years of digging herself out of snow measured in feet, fearing she may become divinely mad herself, she is considering other areas of the country to which she might move in order to avoid all shovels except those used to build castles in the sand.
