Our objective is to save lives, relieve suffering and improve the quality of life of persons living and working in the most remote and isolated regions of Guyana. We are an independent, non-governmental, humanitarian organization without religious or political affiliation. Our parent organization is Remote Area Medical Volunteer Corps based in Knoxville TN - www.ramusa.org
