| Introduction | My name is RedHeaded Rambler and I have Adult Attention Deficit Disorder. I've fought a life long battle with mental illness. Its been under control for about six months now, but I am still busy repairing the damage I left in my wake. I hope to use this blog as a way to help break the stereo types people associate with mental illness. My personal story will be shared over time.
