| Introduction | Born and raised in Dryden, Ontario Canada. Moved to the US in 1999 to live with the love of my life, Rob Reed. We were joined as one, on September 9, 2000. We have two beautiful baby girls, Kira and Nicole. After some medical issues and two high risk pregnancies, I knew it was time to get back my life. Being away from the martial arts since 1999, I thought it was time to get back to my roots and back into shape. Over the years I had lost all muscle tone from my previous martial arts past and gained well over 100 lbs. Yes, it's been a psychological as well as a physical hurtle to get back to the woman I use to be. I hope you can find some humor, inspiration and hope in my blog. Enjoy. |
